I ordered wallpaper based on a sample they sent me. I was aware that the coloring could be slightly off due to different dye lots. However, my order ended up being in a completely different color family than the sample. The company refused to stand behind their product or issue a refund. I don't know why they bother sending samples that are absolutely nothing like the final product.

This was the worst experience - DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the Safari peel and stick wallpaper in blue for my son's bedroom. I used the measuring guidelines that they posted on their website and somehow I didn't end up with enough wallpaper. When I went to order additional rolls, they sent me the wrong color. It was gray on a white background instead of the blue on a cream background. They don't have a phone number you can call, so I had to email. They take forever to respond to emails and when they finally responded they said that they didn't see a difference in the wallpaper color. It is just absurd. How can people who sell wallpaper not be able to tell the difference between two completely different sets of wallpaper colors. I've spent almost $1,000 in wallpaper at this company. I can't return the first rolls I purchased since it is already on the walls. At this point it looks like I'm going to be out the money and have to rip it all off and start over with something new because Carter and Main is refusing to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to fix it. Terrible company and terrible customer service. The print is cute though, it's a shame.
